User Responsibilities:

 

 

  1. Users must not engage in any activities that violate laws or regulations, commit fraud, or subject True Bliss Store to legal action or investigation.

  3. Bank account or card information provided to True Bliss Store should only be used for authorized transactions and not shared with others.

  5. Users should adhere to True Bliss Store platform terms and avoid tampering with its software without explicit consent.

  7. Users are required to provide accurate and complete information as part of True Bliss Store’ “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements.

Merchant Responsibilities:

 

 

  1. Merchants must comply with applicable laws while using True Bliss Store’ platform.

  3. Merchants should not process transactions for other merchant establishments, using True Bliss Store platform, unless those are registered merchants ofTrue Bliss Store.
  4.  
  5. Refinancing of existing debts with payment from customers is not allowed.
  6.  
  7. Extraction of data from the Payment Instrument should follow True Bliss Store’ specified methods.
  8.  
  9. Merchants must provide transaction records to customers when handling transactions via True Bliss Store’ platform.
  10.  
  11. Merchants are prohibited from charging customers extra fees or passing on discounts related to transactions.

  13. True Bliss Store is granted a limited license to use merchant’s trademarks, logos, etc., for marketing purposes.

  15. True Bliss Store is authorized to include merchant’s name in directories or promotional materials.

  17. Merchants must maintain security measures on their websites and/or mobile applications as instructed by Payment Schemes, 1LINK, and True Bliss Store.

  19. Merchants must follow instructions provided by True Bliss Store for payments collected against Electronic Transactions.

General Rules:

 

 

  1. Compliance with Scheme Rules, PSO/PSPs’ SOCs, Acquirer/Platform Provider’s Policies, and True Bliss Store’ Agreement is mandatory.

  3. Merchants should follow all applicable laws and requirements while selling products/services and fulfilling obligations under the Agreement.

  5. Merchant’s obligations related to the sale and provision of products/services to customers should be upheld.

Prohibited Items:

 

 

  1. Merchants are prohibited from offering, selling, or delivering certain products/services, such as firearms, alcohol, explosives, pornography, live animals, banned drugs, fireworks, hazardous materials, gambling, etc.

Confidentiality and Security:

 

 

  1. Merchants must ensure data confidentiality and implement proper encryption and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or hacking. True Bliss Store is not responsible for the loss due to acts beyond the merchant’s control.

  3. True Bliss Store Copyright and Trademarks are property of True Bliss Store Private limited and can only be used after express written permission of True Bliss Store.

  5. “True Bliss Store,” “True Bliss,” and related logos are trademarks owned by True Bliss Store and cannot be used without prior written consent.

Other Businesses:

 

 

  1. True Bliss Store is not responsible for third-party services, products, or content.
